This includes creating and distributing recruitment materials, coordinating outreach efforts with local organizations, and managing applicant pipelines. Contractors may be selected to cover one or more of the service areas outlined in this RFP, depending on their expertise and proposal. Note: If new service areas are identified after the submission of the RFP, they may be added to the contractual services upon mutual agreement between the contractor and the Delaware Commission.
