Any responses received after the specified deadline will not be considered. Multiple submittals from the same entity will not be accepted. Submission is electronic only through the DFS Portal. Hard copy qualifications and required forms or offers by telephone, fax, or email will not be accepted. Responses will be evaluated and the top ranked firms or professionals will be contacted for further negotiations.
