HVAC Maintenance and Repair Services

The intent of this project is to procure qualified contractors with a minimum of five (5) years' experience in HVAC maintenance, service and repair. These services are to consist of, but are not limited to monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, annual maintenance and repair of all District facilities listed within the solicitation.

Evaluation Criteria

• Machinery, Equipment and Manpower (20 pts) —

  Does the Proponent possess the adequate machinery, equipment, and manpower to perform the work specified in this contract in a high-quality manner?

• Qualifications and Proponents Manpower (20 pts) —

  What qualifications and experience do key personnel possess? (training, licenses, and/or certifications)

• Experience of the Organization (25 pts) —

  Does the Proponent possess the technical experience in performing work of similar size and scope? Is the experience with CDD, commercial properties, and/or public agencies? Does the Proponent show strength and stability?

• Quality of References (10 pts) —

  Are references for work of similar type, size and scope? Does the assessment of Proponent’s work by client references demonstrate success in providing similar services?

• Price with Respect to Average Proposal (15 pts) —

  How reasonable is the Proponent’s price with regard to the average proposal pricing?

• Thoroughness of Proposal (10 pts) —

  How detailed are the various elements of the proposal?
