    Description

    The Birmingham Airport Authority (the “Authority”) is soliciting quotes for the design, engineering, fabrication, demolition, and replacement of five (5) existing multi-zone HVAC units serving the Rental Car Ticket Counters. The existing units consist of four (4) Mitsubishi Model PUMY-P48NHMU-BS (208/230V, R410A) units and one (1) Mitsubishi Model PUMY-P36NHMU (208/230V, R410A) unit. The project also includes the installation of five (5) new dual-zone ductless mini-split systems.

     

    The purpose of this document (the “Request for Quotes” or “RFQ”) is to provide interested vendors with an overview of the opportunity, as well as instructions on how to respond. A prospective (“Proponent”) shall submit its quote (“Quote” or Quote Package”) in conformity with the procedures and requirements set in this Request for Quotes.
