    The City of Santa Ana (City) is seeking proposals from qualified firms and organizations(Proposers) to provide chillers, cooling towers, compressors, air handlers, automation systems,ice machines, and HVAC repair and maintenance services at all City’s facilities. Proposer’semployees who will be working at the Police facilities will need to be live scanned at proposer’sexpense. Live scan results can take one to four weeks and selected contractor is encouraged tocomplete live scan as soon as possible. See Exhibit 1 for complete Scope of Services.
