This is a request for proposals for furnishing HVACR new/replacement work within FCPS. Types of work under this contract shall include but not be limited to all types of interior and exterior HVACR work including, water source and geothermal heat pump systems, roof top units, split systems, dehumidifiers, air dryers and window air conditioners; exterior underground and aboveground repairs and new installations; HVACR interior piping within walls, above ceilings, and under floor repairs and new installations; HVACR interior and exterior installations of chilled water and/or direct expansion piping for air conditioning and refrigeration; and other HVACR work. This contract shall not include work described exclusively as carpentry, concrete, masonry, painting, plastering, plumbing and/or roofing. However, one or more of these trades may need to be used as part of the HVACR/chiller job being performed.
