    Description

    The Pump Station 92 project consists of the construction of a new pump station to replace the existing Pump Station 92, located at 6636 Buck Lake Rd. The new pump station will be located adjacent to the existing pump station on City-owned property. The existing station shall remain operational while the new station is constructed. The new station will be a quadruplex submersible pump station design, with an above-ground valve array.The Pump Station 92 Replacement project includes all labor, equipment and materials required to deliver a complete, operable system. The project includes construction of the new pump station, including deep foundations (micropiles) for the wet well and bypass structure, grading, clearing, construction of a stormwater retention area with energy dissipator, driveway demolition and replacement, fencing and gates removal and replacement, landscaping, gravity sanitary sewer piping with associated manholes, force main piping, by-pass pumping, erosion control, electrical service, water service, generator installation, construction of electrical/motor control equipment array and shade structure and other items as identified in the contract documents. Demolition and decommission of the existing pump station is included in the work.This project also includes other items incidental to the infrastructure replacement, such as: sheeting and shoring, dewatering, production of as-builts and record drawings and other items as identified in the Contract Documents.The Contractor shall have the capability to perform and complete the services in all respects in accordance with the solicitation documents. The Contractor here by warrants that all services will be performed in a timely and first-class workmanlike manner.
