The plan set titled City of Springfield Plan Set – 2023PW0095 filed 3/20/2026, will be constructed and administered per City of Springfield General Conditions & Technical Specifications for Public Improvements adopted August 15th, 2025. The City of Springfield will inspect the construction of this project. Due to grant requirements for this project, awarded contractor must be a MoDOT Prime Contractor. To comply, the contractor shall submit the completed Contractor Questionnaire and/or Contractor Prequalification Questionnaire with attachments not later than seven (7) days prior to the date and hour of the bid opening.
