NON-MANDATORY A pre-bid conference is scheduled for Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. (CST). The pre-bid conference shall be conducted via videoconference. To participate email the Buyer, Todd Cox, tcox@springfieldmo.gov for the link and password. SITE VISIT: The site visit will be held on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at 1:00 P.M. (CST) at McDaniel Park 2405 S. National Ave. Springfield, MO 65804. No questions will be taken during the site visit. All questions must be submitted in writing to the Buyer. All interested bidders are encouraged to participate.
