Bids shall be delivered or emailed to the Central Purchasing Office, 25 Shaw Street, 1st Floor, Annapolis, Maryland 21401, bids@annapolis.gov. Late submittals shall not be accepted under any circumstances. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, delivery and supply of ready mix concrete to the specified project site as requested on a just-in-time basis by the City of Annapolis, Maryland. There will not be a pre-Bid meeting on in regards to this solicitation. The City of Annapolis reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive informalities as deemed appropriate by the City, to award multiple contracts, and to select the Bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
