Special Conditions Funding for this project is provided by a grant from the New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation (NYSEFC) and therefore the following, additional requirements will apply: Participation of Minority- and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (“MWBE”) and Equal Employment Opportunities (“EEO”) pursuant to New York State Executive Law, Article 15-A and New York Code of Rules and Regulations, Title 5 (5 NYCRR) Parts 140-145 (Regulations of the Commissioner of Economic Development); Participation of Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Enterprises (“SDVOB”) pursuant to New York State Executive Law, Article 17-B and 9 NYCRR Part 252 Bidders shall document good faith efforts to satisfy the following project goals: MWBE Business Participation -- 30% - may be any combination of MBE and/or WBE participation SDVOB Business Participation -- 6% EEO Workforce participation -- Minority Labor Force: 5.8%; Female Labor Force 6.9% The purpose of the project is to replace approximately 300 LF of existing 30-inch cast iron water main with new 30-inch C.L.D.I. water main from Tibbets Brook Park to Wendover Road.
