Contractor shall provide all labor, vehicles, rentals, specialized equipment, fuel, power tools, materials, travel, disposal, incidentals, traffic control, and traffic control devices needed to repair and/or replace damaged concrete foundation (bases) and related components for highway lighting, ramp meters, traffic signals, Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV), Highway Advisory Radio (HAR), Vehicle Detection System (VDS) and cabinets to Caltrans. Bidder shall have at time of bid submittal, continuously thereafter, and for the duration of the Agreement, a current and valid: a) Class A General Engineering Contractor license or a C-10 Electrical Contractor license with a C-31 Construction Zone Traffic Control Contractor license, and a D6 Concrete- Related Services Contractor license issued by the California Contractors State Licensing Board (CSLB) for the type of work to be performed. b) Bidders may designate a subcontractor possessing a C-31 Construction Zone Traffic Control Contractor license, and D6 Concrete-Related Services Contractor license required for traffic control and concrete services. Bidder shall possess at the time of bid submittal, continuously thereafter, and for the duration of the Agreement, a valid and current registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). Caltrans will verify bidder¿s DIR registration; it is not necessary to provide a copy.
