Bidders who do not remain for the entire pre-bid job walk may be considered non-responsive and may not be allowed to bid on this project. Prospective bidders may obtain directions to the pre-bid job walk site by contacting Robert Hawkins at Robert.Hawkins@cmd.ca.gov. The Prime Contractor shall possess a C-39 Roofing Contractor and/or B General Building Contractor license issued by the California Contractors State Licensing Board (CSLB).
