    The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to solicit bids to furnish/provide International Play Equipment Manufacturers Association (IPEMA) certified Engineered Wood Fiber (EWF) Playground Chips that can be blown into playgrounds with a self-contained blower truck at all the playground sites the City maintains.
