At time of quote submittal, continuously thereafter, and for the duration of the Agreement, bidder shall be a certified small business, including a micro business (MB), SB for the purpose of public works (SB-PW), or a disabled veteran business enterprise (DVBE) registered with the California Department of General Services (DGS). 4. Bidder shall possess at the time of bid submittal, continuously thereafter, and for the duration of the Agreement, a valid and current registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). Caltrans will verify bidder¿s DIR registration; it is not necessary to provide a copy. Bidder shall have at time of bid submittal, continually thereafter, and for the duration of the Agreement, a current and valid C-27 Landscaping license issued by the Contractors State License Board for the type of work to be performed.
