The Request for Proposals (R.F.P.) may be obtained at the Office of the Village Clerk, Port Chester, New York between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. beginning Monday April 27, 2026 and can accessed from the Village of Port Chester’s website at www.portchesterny.gov. and at www.bidnetdirect.com. All proposals must be in paper and electronic form (USB) and submitted in a sealed envelope and clearly marked: INDEPENDENT AUDITING SERVICES RFP#2026-03 No proposer may withdraw his/her proposal within forty-five (45) days after the closing date/time for receipt of the proposal. If it becomes necessary to revise any part of this RFP, or if additional data or information is necessary to clarify any of its provisions, a written addendum will be issued.
