COBURN BUILDING, BIG POND & BAILLOU HILL ROAD. Other Locations include, P.I. Bethel Building (Administration Building), Jumbey Village, Huyler Street and Abundant Life/Soldier Road Substation. Site Walkabout – Thursday, January 22 nd 2026 at 10:00 am at the SECURITY BOOTH, BLUE HILL POWER STATION (BHPS) Site Walkabout – Friday, January 23 rd 2026 at 10:00 am at the SECURITY BOOTH, CLIFTON PIER POWER STATION & STATION A. All persons must have the correct PPE as per the following or they will not be allowed access to the site: Hard Hat Safety Shoes Safety Glasses Hi-visibility Vest The following stages describes in general, but does not limit the scope of the Services which the Contractor shall be required to perform: Security Guard Services (a) Protection of the employing party’s assets (property, people, equipment, money, etc.) (b) Protection from a variety of hazards (such as waste, damaged property, unsafe worker behavior, criminal activity such as theft, etc.) (c) Maintaining a high-visibility presence to deter illegal and inappropriate actions, looking (either directly, through patrols, or indirectly, by monitoring alarm systems or video surveillance cameras) for signs of crime or other hazards (such as fire). (d) Taking action to minimize damage (such as warning and escorting trespassers off property), and reporting any incidents to their clients and emergency services (such as the police or paramedics), as appropriate.
