Infill Housing Development Gap Financing Program

The City of Montgomery is seeking proposals from qualified nonprofit organizations and housing developers to support the development and completion of infill housing projects within the city. This initiative is designed to address housing gaps, improve neighborhood stability, and increase access to quality housing. Through this program, the City of Montgomery will provide gap financing assistance of up to $15,000 per project to eligible applicants who demonstrate financial need and project readiness. This funding is on a first-come, first-serve basis and available until funding is expended.

We encourage innovative, impactful proposals that will help strengthen Montgomery’s neighborhoods through strategic infill housing development.
