Annual Cost
The Respondent will submit a detailed cost breakdown showing how the annual Pricing Proposal cost was calculated for each of the three (3) years. This should be presented in a table format.
Hourly Rates
Please provide the hourly rates for all key personnel involved in the project. These rates will be used for any project-based work if required.
