Contract Scope IT Professional Services (ITPS) is a group of categorized lists or "pools" of IT service providers within WEBS, the state's solicitation-notification system, for state purchasers to use when they seek competitive proposals for their IT business needs. The categories identify common IT business needs of state government. In an effort to streamline program entry for service providers, DES has developed a simple click-through program agreement to replace a formal procurement process. Service providers can identify their expertise and have their company names added to appropriate notification lists in WEBS. Please note use of this Contract may be subject to collective bargaining and/or other requirements in accordance with RCW 41.06.142 and any applicable collective bargaining agreement provisions. DES recommends Purchasers consult with their labor relations representative if they are interested in using this Contract. Purchasers are required to conduct a competitive solicitation if contract 08215 - ITPS is your contract of choice. As we award final contracts under the new structure the corresponding categories under the new ITPS portfolio, categories of the current ITPS contract will be closing. DES will notify customers and vendors in advance of upcoming category closures. Per the note above, applications for Categories 4, 5, 6 and 7 are closed. 3. Complete and submit the 08215 Contract Agreement . 4. Vendors must provide all requested data and agree to all certifications and assurances. 5. Submittals will be batched and reviewed for completeness and compliance no later than the 20th of the month prior to the start of the next quarter. For example: applications received between April 1, 2026 and June 20, 2026 will be added to the Contractor Roster effective July 1, 2026. NOTE: DES cannot expedite this schedule. 6. At the beginning of each quarter, the notification lists in WEBS will be updated to reflect new service providers who provided submittals as instructed and the Contractor Roster will be updated. DES has ensured this procurement meets RCW 39.26, follows State of Washington Current Procurement Policies, follows DES procurement process, and DES has determined that entering into this contract will be in the best interest of the State of Washington.
