The Department of General Services (DGS) is soliciting Contractors to submit qualifications for the statewide Integrated Pest Management Invitation to Qualify (ITQ). Those Contractors that meet the qualifications will be awarded a contract and will be eligible to respond to Request for Quotes (RFQ) for Integrated Pest Management services to Commonwealth agencies and Local Public Procurement Units. In addition, Local Public Procurement Units, as defined by the Commonwealth Procurement Code, may use this contract in accordance with the COSTARS Provision contained in this document.
