The New York State Bridge Authority (NYSBA) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide "Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) Engineering Services" in support of the Authority's ongoing and future ITS programs. The selected consultant will serve in both a consulting and systems integration capactiy, and will also perform preventative and corrective maintenance on existing ITS sign equipment across the five (5) Hudson River crossings operated by NYSBA. The Authority anticipates entering into a three-year agreement, with options for two additional one-year extensions. Itemized rates may be subject to annual negotiation on each anniversary of the agreement. Bid documents are only available electronically. All inquiries for the digital plans and specifications shall be made by emailing Teresa Ceragioli, Assistant to the Chief Engineer, at tceragioli@nysba.ny.gov with your "Expression of Interest" and include your complete company contact information. Prospective bidders will receive an email response with a hyperlink to view/retrieve the bid package. NYSBA may request interviews or additional information during evaluation. Proposals will be reviewed for qualifications, experience and responsiveness with final selection based on combined technical and cost evaluations.
