It is not a guarantee that the State System will request the Contractor to provide the services. The State System makes no guarantee as to the number and size of engagements which may be procured under an awarded contract. Determination regarding which of the multiple awarded contracts will be used is expected to be made on a university-by-university basis based on the option that best suits their needs and offers the best value.
