The Starr Family Home State Historic Site is located at 407 West TravisStreet, Marshall, Texas 75670. The site is open to the public Tuesday throughSaturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and is closed on Sundays and Mondays. The sitecontact number is 903-935-3044. Respondents must schedule their visits withinthe specified timeframe. Site Representative and Bidder signatures are requiredafter the site visit is completed to establish the site visit date. Exhibit X,Pre-Bid Site Visit Form, must be included in the Bid.
