The site is open to the public Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and is closed on Sundays and Mondays. The site contact number is 903-935-3044. Respondents must schedule their visits within the specified timeframe. Site Representative and Bidder signatures are required after the site visit is completed to establish the site visit date.
