Insurance companies listed must be licensed in the State of North Dakota. The City of Bismarck shall be named as an additional insured with a Waiver of Subrogation written or checked on the policy. Limits of the policy: Commercial General Liability: $2,000,000 each occurrence and Automobile Liability: $2,000,000 each occurrence and $500,000 per person. The right is reserved to hold all Bids for a period of forty-five (45) days, to reject any and all Bids, to waive technicalities or to accept such as may be determined to be in the best interest of the City of Bismarck.
