All CONTRACTOR or SUBCONTRACTOR employees must successfully complete a background investigation conducted or approved by the COUNTY prior to being granted access. All costs associated with any security clearance is responsibility of the CONTRACTOR. CONTRACTOR or SUBCONTRACTOR employees are prohibited from sharing or transferring access credentials, codes, or keys without prior written authorization from the COUNTY. The COUNTY reserves the right to deny or revoke access at any time due to security concerns, policy violations, or notification from the California Department of Justice or other law enforcement agencies regarding an employee’s criminal investigation, arrest, or charges. Failure to comply may result in disqualification or removal from the contract. Please consider this policy before attending the Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference and/or submitting your proposal.
