Calibration specifications are listed on the Pricing Bid table in section 3. Quantities are subject to change as items are occasionally taken out of service.
Please complete the Pricing Bid Table in section 3 and please also upload your competitive quotation including accurate lead times as well as any applicable freight and delivery costs for the items listed.
Calibrations will take place in groups to allow the laboratory to continue operations while calibration is taking place. In addition, the award may be split among multiple vendors to ensure all equipment undergoes calibration annually.
Contractor will provide on-site calibration services to equipment listed located at the Sheriff’s Office Forensic Laboratory for on-site equipment, or at the vendor location for items that can be shipped, in order to reduce product failure and bring performance up to manufacturer’s standards. Items listed are subject to annual maintenance, cleaning, and calibration.
Cost, conformity to specifications of goods, and product availability will be considered. After an evaluation of all quotations, a County purchase order is expected to be issued in association with the lowest, responsive bid received from a qualified, responsible, and manufacturer/publisher authorized vendor.
