SMART staff manually reviews certified payroll reports and conducts compliance reviews.SMART currently has 43 active contracts that require contractors to pay prevailing wages and SMART to perform compliance oversight. These contracts range from small on-call maintenance agreements to a bench of on-call consultant contracts that may or may not be awarded work, and large capital projects.This contract will have a five-year term following successful implementation.This Agreement may be funded using State or Local Funds.The deadline to submit a Proposal in response is April 17, 2026 by 2:00 PM (Pacific).
