ITB 2026-06042026 City of Brady Fence Improvement City Landfill

The City of Brady (City) is soliciting sealed bids from general contractors for wire mesh
fence with top and bottom wire stays with work to include fence tensioning and pipe
bracing intervals. Delivery R equirement: Sealed bid responses must be received by
the City Secretary no later than Thursday, June 4, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. to be
considered. Sealed responses must be delivered to the City Secretary in a sealed
envelope delivered via courier to City of Brady, 201 E. Main Street, Brady, TX 76825, or
USPS to City of Brady, PO Box 351, Brady, TX 76825.

All responses must be received prior to the 3:00 p.m. deadline. Sealed responses must be clearly labeled “FENCE
IMPROVEMENT (N HWY87) CITY LANDFILL”. Bids shall be publicly opened and read
aloud so as to disclose requirements for submission. Bid Security: Bidders are required
to submit a bid security with their sealed bid in the form of a cashier’s check in the fixed
amount of $750.00. Indebtedness to the City of Brady: The City will not award a bid to
any Contractor or Vendor who are delinquent in the indebtedness to this City. This bid
solicitation is using the website www.civcastusa.com as primary “point of entry” for any
interested parties.
