Main Street, Brady, TX 76825, or USPS to City of Brady, PO Box 351, Brady, TX 76825. All responses must be received prior to the 3:00 p.m. deadline. Sealed responses must be clearly labeled “HOUSEHOLD HAZARDOUS WASTE CLEANUP EVENT”. Bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud so as to disclose requirements for submission. Bid Security: Bidders are required to submit a bid security with their sealed bid in the form of a cashier’s check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of total bid price. Indebtedness to the City of Brady: The City will not award a bid to any Contractor or Vendor who are delinquent in the indebtedness to this City. This bid solicitation is using the website www.civcastusa.com as primary “point of entry” for any interested parties.
