ITB 2026-30 Town of Farragut Biddle Farms Washroom Facilities Build

Sealed bids for the project entitled 2026-30 Biddle Farms Washroom Facilities Build will be received by the Town of Farragut on June 16, 2026, at 2:00 pm EST. in the Town of Farragut Town Hall located at 11408 Municipal Center Dr., 2nd Floor, Farragut, Tennessee, 37934. At said place and time, all bids that have been duly received will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The Biddle Farm area is a new area for the Town of Farragut which includes living space, grocery shopping, bank, shops, restaurants, and a fuel station. The restroom is meant to help support the general area, which includes a greenway/trail. The Town also plans to use open green space for future events, and this restroom will help support those functions.

The Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting will be held at the construction site on the corner of Anchor Green Drive and Biddle Farms Blvd on the date and time referenced above. Parking is located near the vacant building across from Tupelo Honey Restaurant located at 126 Biddle Farms Blvd, Farragut, TN 37934.

All bidder questions must be directed to the Finance Department as the sole point of contact for this solicitation. Questions shall be submitted in writing to procurement@townoffarragut.org by the stated deadline.

The information contained in this solicitation represents the minimum requirements for defining the work to be performed. It is the sole responsibility of all Bidders to evaluate existing conditions as needed to prepare their responses.
