    Boulder Valley School District RE-2 (District) is seeking bids from vendors to provide propane products and related services for: Two bus terminals located in Boulder, CO and Lafayette, CO. Three mountain buildings in Jamestown, Gold Hill, and Nederland Additional information is in Section 3 – Scope of Services. The successful vendor(s) will be awarded a contract to provide the goods and services as described in this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for a period of one year (subject to annual appropriations as provided in the Contract), with potential option(s) to renew for four additional one-year periods, at the District’s sole discretion. All-Inclusive Pricing: The District will not pay surcharges, trip charges, fuel surcharges, or convenience fees of any kind. All overhead must be included in the quoted margin. Discounts and Incentives: Any volume discounts, early-payment incentives, or District-specific credits must be clearly itemized. Extended Ordering: The District reserves the right, dependent upon funding, to place orders for additional units or services at the quoted unit bid price. □ Acceptance of Draft Contract: Completed and signed by an authorized representative of the Vendor. (Attachment C) Bids must also include the following in order (if submitting as separate files, please label accordingly): □ 01 - Certificate of Insurance (COI): Documented evidence of insurance coverage conforming to the District’s requirements as specified in Section 5 (General Terms and Conditions). □ 02 - Product Suitability (Transportation): Documented evidence that the propane supplied is HD-5 grade or equivalent and suitable for use in modern vehicle engines. □ 03 - Product Suitability (Facilities): Documented evidence that the propane supplied is suitable for use in high-altitude, occupied buildings (approx. 8,200 ft). □ 04 - Safety Data Sheets (SDS): Current SDS for all propane products being proposed. □ 05 - Equipment Specifications: Technical data and warranty information for the tanks and dispensers proposed for all locations. □ 06 - Remote Monitoring Solution: A detailed description of the required monitoring hardware and software to be utilized at all locations. □ 07 - Renewable Propane Information (Optional): Response to the sustainability criteria, including feedstock, CI scores, and availability.
