    Description

Pursuant to N.C.G.S. § 143-129 and 2 C.F.R. 200.320, Brunswick County is soliciting sealed bids for ANCILLARY MATERIALS RELATED TO THE LONGWOOD ROAD SEWER PROJECT. Sealed bids must be received by 3:00 PM ET on WEDNESDAY, May 6, 2026, in the Brunswick County Public Utilities Operations Center located at 250 Grey Water Road NE, Supply, NC 28462 and shortly thereafter the bids will be opened publicly and read aloud. Brunswick County has received a grant from the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality, as more particularly set forth herein, to extend sewer service to the Ash, North Carolina area and provide sewer service to underserved property owners along the route. The project includes installing low-pressure sewer collection systems to provide wastewater service to a currently underserved, rural area of Brunswick County. The materials requested in this Invitation to Bid are directly associated with, and necessary for, the completion of this project. The materials are grouped by product type. It is not required for a bidder to submit a bid for every group; however, if a bidder intends to bid on a group, then the submitted bid must include pricing for all materials in said group. The County reserves the right to award more than one contract to more than one bidder, based on bids received for the various groups.
