Attendance is strongly encouraged as this meeting and the mandatory site visit will be the only forum(s) to seek clarification directly from Town staff, Project Manager and consultants.SITE VISIT: A "MANDATORY" Site Visit will be held at the Town of Palm Beach Fire Rescue Station #3 (South Fire) located at 2185 S Ocean Blvd, Palm Beach, FL 33480. Date/Time are specified in the "Events" section. Bids from firms who did not have a representative in attendance at the MANDATORY Site Visit shall be deemed not responsive and shall not be considered for award.AWARD: Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder whose bid meets the requirements and criteria set forth in this Invitation to Bid. The Town reserves the right to award to that bidder who will best serve the interests of the Town, and to accept or reject any and/or all bids and to award or not award a contract based on this bid proposal. The Town reserves the right to award on an all-or-none basis or on a line-by-line basis.
