The Village of Oswego is seeking contractors to perform the Replacement of the Supply Fan Array at Police Headquarters; the scope of work includes but is not limited to: • Location – 3355 Woolley Road, Oswego, IL 60543 • Disconnection of the existing electric to the fan array, and cap temporarily. • Disconnections of existing BAS communication lines to the fan array. • Disconnection, removal, and disposal of existing 4-fan supply fan array (with ACM motors) which are no longer available. • Supply and install four (4) ADP-500 plenum fans with 1-1/2 hp, 460v, 3-phase motors, VFD duty-rated including shaft grounding rings. See Exhibit A: Cut Sheet • Galvanized fan construction with bolted frames. • Backward curved steel blower wheel, powder coated. • Factory vibration test, 0.1 in/sec, peak, filter-in as measured at the fan RPM. • Supply and install two (2) Danfoss 5 hp, frequency drives. • All necessary electrical wiring. • All modification to existing cabinet to receive new equipment. • Startup and commissioning of installed equipment. • Test the new supply fan array and VFDs. • Provide hard copy and an electronic copy of the O&M supply fan motor and VFD manuals. • Obtain a permit from the Village of Oswego.
