    Description

    The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit a firm price for acceptance by the Borough for culvert procurement. The project consists of the following: Sourcing and delivery or storage of two CMP steel culverts: Main Culvert: 11-foot diameter, 60 linear feet, 12-gauge CMP steel culvert in three 20-foot sections complete with 16-gauge gaskets, 16-gauge bands and lifting lugs for proper connection of the three sections of CMP. Overflow Culvert: 5-foot diameter, 60 linear feet, 16-gauge CMP steel culvert in three 20-foot sections complete with 16-gauge gaskets, 16-gauge bands and lifting lugs for proper connection of the three sections of CMP. This project shall be funded through the Department of the Interior, U.S. Fish and Wildlife, A Cooperative Agreement with the Kenai Peninsula Borough. The full and complete terms and provisions of which shall be incorporated by this reference in the RFP and in the covered transaction. Federal funds for this project are identified by the Assistance Listing Number 15.685 – National Fish Passage. The federal program regulations 2 CFR 200, as applicable to the contractor, may be found online at https://ecfr.gov, Title 2 – Grants and Agreements.
