J-141 (RFI), Public Address System Replacement

The Orange County Sanitation District (OC SAN) is seeking information from qualified consultants for the upcoming J-141 Public Address System Replacement Project and invites interested firms to participate in this early market outreach effort. OC SAN welcomes responses from interested firms and may conduct follow-up discussions to better understand industry capabilities and market approaches.

Background

OC SAN is planning a major modernization and expansion of its public address (PA) system across its wastewater treatment facilities, headquarters campus, and coastal collection system pump stations.
OC SAN recently upgraded portions of its PA system infrastructure with new Biamp system controllers and is seeking professional design services to evaluate system coverage, replace aging field equipment, expand service to new areas, and develop a comprehensive design for an integrated PA system across its facilities. The project will also include evaluation of alternatives for extending communications capabilities to OC SAN's coastal pump stations and integrating those facilities into the overall PA system.
