    Imperial Irrigation District (IID), an irrigation district established under Division 11 of the California Water Code, Sections 20500 et seq., that provides non-potable water, farm drainage and power services to the lower southeastern portion of California's desert, is requesting proposals from highly qualified Respondents to:Construct 1,274 linear feet of Concrete Masonry Unit (CMU) block wall, ranging in height from 8 to 9 feet, enclosing the perimeter of the J50 Facility. The scope also includes reinforcement along the street-facing frontage and the addition of a new anti-ram gate.CRITICAL DATES FOR ACTION:1. Mandatory Meeting/JobwalkThere will be a mandatory meeting and jobwalk to follow which will be held on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 at 8:00 a.m., Local Time, at IID’s J4 Water Control Conference Room located at 333 E. Barioni Blvd., CA 92251, see page 8 for map and directions. The jobwalk will be conducted following the meeting. Firms planning to attend should confirm their attendance with Mr. Marty P. Holbrook, purchasing agent via email to purchasing@iid.com. Responses will not be accepted from respondents not attending this mandatory meeting (see attached files). Prospective respondents must be present and signed in prior to the start of the mandatory meeting. Anyone not signed in at the official start of the meeting will be considered late and will not be allowed to submit a proposal. Anyone who does not attend the entire mandatory meeting will not be credited with attending. Closed toe shoes are required for each visitor.2.
