    The Housing Authority of the County of Merced (Authority) is soliciting Quotes for Small Purchase (QSP) from interested, qualified, insured, and appropriately licensed contractors to provide labor, materials and equipment necessary to provide Janitorial Services in a workmanlike manner and according to general industry accepted practices and in compliance with all federal, state and local building codes, laws, regulations and ordinances. Janitorial services shall be provided for the Authority’s Administration Office complex, 405 U Street, Merced Building A, B, C, and F and specific areas of the John O’Banion Community Learning Center (O’Banion), 401 Lesher Drive, Merced. It is the sole responsibility of the contractor to examine and inspect the building(s) in its entirety to provide a complete and accurate proposal
