      Periodic Services Pricing Proposal

This Addendum discusses the inclusion of a Periodic Services Pricing Proposal to Section 7 of this Request for Proposal.

Addendum #3 notes the expansion of scope, agreed to by the District, to respond to suggestions provided by Contractors at the Pre-Proposal Meeting of April 2, 2026.

In relation to the new “Periodic Services”, the District would ask that Contractors prepare their proposal filling in the additional new pricing proposal marked “Periodic Services”. These services are annual, six monthly and monthly. The District would like Contractors to break out Periodic services in the following line items: • Commencement Deep Clean, • Annual Deep Clean, • Periodic services (monthly), and • Garland Ranch Regional Park cleaning lights and vents.
