    Description

    The County of Riverside Purchasing on behalf of its Facilities Management (FM) Department Custodial Division and Real Estate division, is soliciting quotations from qualified custodial services companies for the cleaning of multiple locations (See Exhibit A, Section 1.2 Locations list). The County of Riverside desires to keep a favorable image along with maintaining sanitary conditions for its employees and all who visit these facilities, this includes following Center for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines for COVID-19 cleaning. Any contractor awarded as a result of this solicitation shall be able to render custodial services, which shall include providing janitorial supplies. It is the sole responsibility of the awarded contractor to provide adequate janitorial supplies such as paper towels, hand soap, toilet paper, etc. (as noted in Exhibit A, Section 1.5 - Materials and Supplies). These services are to be rendered five (5) days a week Monday through Friday and shall be performed with professionalism and excellent quality to the satisfaction of the FM Custodial and Real Estate Divisions. Some locations may require services seven (7) days per week. See Exhibit A Section 1.2 Location List for details.
