Scope This contract is for Janitorial Services for state buildings. The janitorial services on this contract provide all labor, equipment/tools, and janitorial supplies necessary to perform janitorial services of general cleaning, floor cleaning, and window washing of purchaser buildings. Categories Category 1: General Cleaning - General cleaning services includes but is not limited to emptying trash and damp wipe containers; dusting chairs, sides of desks, top of filing cabinets, paneled walls, doors, ledges, and picture frames within easy reach; damp wiping desk tops, telephones, and desk fixtures; damp mopping floors; vacuuming upholstered furniture and draperies; washing vinyl furniture with cleaning solution; washing doors and other surfaces; spot washing painted walls; cleaning door glass and inside partition glass; and vacuuming and shampoo carpets. Category 2: Floor Cleaning - Floor Cleaning services is for any floor cleaning needs including but not limited to mopping floors, waxing floors, and vacuuming and shampoo carpets. Category 3: Window Washing - Window Washing is for washing of all windows, including but not limited to external and internal window cleaning, pressurized cleaning to remove stubborn stains and marks and track cleaning. Please note use of this Contract may be subject to collective bargaining and/or other requirements in accordance with RCW 41.06.142 and any applicable collective bargaining agreement provisions. Contract pricing is determined by vendor’s “percentage mark-up rates”. The Contractors “percentage mark-up rates” are based off WA L&I prevailing wage rates per county, and will be used to determine Contractor's hourly rate. For hourly wage look up on LNI use Building Service Employees For example, if a vendor is performing work in a county that has a prevailing wage rate of $13.50 and the desired Contractor has a “percentage markup rate” of 85%, the vendor’s maximum hourly rate will be $24.98 or [($13.50 × 0.85) + $13.50]. Contractors cannot exceed the rates displayed in the document. However, vendors may offer lower “percentage mark-up rates” than the rates displayed in the document. 4.
