Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing Conducting Procurement Unit: DNR: Division of Wildlife ResourcesThe purpose of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) is to enter into a contract or purchase order with the responsive and responsible vendor that submits the lowest cost to provide: 140 Gallon of Prenfish Fish Toxicant (in 56 total 2.5 gallon containers) and one 110 LB. barrel of powdered Rotenone before the end of FY 2026 which end June 30, 2026. This will be delivered to two different locations. If bidder do not have the entire quantity requested, they should note the amount they do have in stock with (percent active ingredient should be noted. Please provide a cost sheet with your proposed on hand quantity and amount.Evaluation of Quotes: Each quote received shall be evaluated for responsiveness in as outlined in the Utah Procurement Code. This RFQ shall be evaluated by the objective criteria described in this RFQ. Quotes submitted must comply with the specification identified in this RFQ. Multiple or alternate quotes will not be accepted. If a vendor submits multiple or alternate quotes, the State will only accept the bidder's primary bid and will not accept any other bids constituting multiple or alternate bids. Any exceptions to the content of this RFQ, including the specifications, must be protested in writing to the Division of Purchasing prior to the closing date. The Division of Purchasing may solicit other quotes via email, phone, or other methods as permitted by the Utah Procurement Code or applicable Administrative Rules.
