OPRHP is expected to have approximately 2,352 plants of different species that need to be planted. · Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tools and equipment to complete the work. · Work hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. OPRHP is offering a site visit on the date and time provided above in the RFQ Timeline of Events. While it is not mandatory, we encourage those able to attend to do so. Once Purchase Order is dispatched, park will be in contact with the awarded vendor with the specific Planting Plan that the laborers must follow, this includes the planting locations and species of plants. Service to be completed prior to Friday July 3rd, 2026. Please quote Labor on Bid Table by Number of Days work is required.
