Please see the attached RFQ for more information The Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (OPRHP) is seeking quotes to inspect, verify, and replace all flexible joints in a pool basin and deck, including backer rod and sealants installation in expansion joints, and all related collateral and miscellaneous work per the design drawings. Contractor shall perform a visual inspection of all pool basin and deck surfaces, verify all repair locations indicated on the drawings, and identify any additional deficient areas. Contractor shall clearly mark out all proposed repair locations in the field, and all locations (plan-identified and field-identified) must be reviewed and approved by the Parks Director’s Representative prior to performing any repairs. Contractor shall submit all product data, materials, and repair methods for approval prior to beginning work. All work shall be completed within 10 days of the issuance of the Purchase Order. For this procurement, OPRHP requests that Good Faith Efforts are taken to include MWBE/SDVOB vendors where there is subcontracting availability. These efforts should be documented as, if asked, you must be able to produce a record of the actions taken to include MWBE/SDVOB vendors.
