Center 100 Polk County Plaza Suite 10 Balsam Lake, WI 54810 ATTN: Rod Polk, Public Works Division Director Proposals must be physically received by Polk County prior to the deadline established by this RFP. Proposals received after this date and time will not be considered. Include references with proposal. Any interested contractor must attend, one of two, mandatory walk-through meetings of the Justice Center. These will be scheduled for Wednesday February 25, 2026, or Thursday, February 26, 2026. All interested contractors will meet at 9:00 a.m. at the Polk County Justice Center on one of the two above referenced dates.
