Prospective vendors who believe they can provide this service shall provide relevant information no later than 5:00 PM (ET, local Tallahassee time) on 3/17/2026.
If it is determined in writing by the Department, after reviewing any information from prospective vendors, that the services are available only from a single source, the Department will post on the Vendor Information Portal, notice of its intended decision to enter into an agreement with said vendor pursuant to Section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes.
