KINGSBROOK LANE STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
July 15, 2026

The City of Missouri City (“City”), Texas is soliciting sealed bids from interested bidders who
with the intent to establish a turnkey lump sum contract with one (1) contractor who can
perform the construction-related work in Exhibit A Scope of Work, and in accordance with
the requirements and terms and conditions specified herein.
Interested bidders who wish to respond to this solicitation must submit the required
documents specified in Section 45 Submittals in a sealed envelope/package by 3 P.M.
Central Daylight Time (“CDT”) August 19, 2026 addressed to:

Interested bidders are highly encouraged to attend a non-mandatory pre-bid conference to
learn more about the requirements of this solicitation. Information regarding the pre-bid
conference can be found in Exhibit B Procurement Schedule, which also contains the
websites bidders should monitor for any amendments to this solicitation.

The City will accept sealed envelopes/packages between the hours of 8 A.M. and 5 P.M.
Monday thru Friday only at the above location and is not responsible for sealed
envelopes/packages delivered late and/or to the incorrect address.

The City will not accept electronic responses to this solicitation, nor evaluate
responses that are received after the specified due date. Bidders are highly encouraged
to monitor the websites listed in Exhibit B Procurement Schedule which contains information
where to send questions regarding this solicitation, and where any Amendments to this
solicitation will be posted.
