Any vendor not present by 930am will be dismissed and will not be permitted to submit for this solicitation.It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.The methodology or formula that will be used to determine the number of contract awards is: Lowest responsive and responsible bidder.Length of Contract: 5 years.Vendor must guarantee its pricing for 2 years.
