    Clay County Utility Authority is requesting quotes for the materials required for Phase Six of work required on Lake Asbury Drive.

    Background

    Please note CCUA is tax exempt under Florida Statutes Section 212. As such, we are not subject to sales tax. A copy of our tax exemption certificate is available upon request.

    All tariffs, duties, taxes, and related charges must be clearly identified and itemized in the vendor’s submitted quotation. No increases, surcharges, or additional costs related to tariffs or duties will be honored or paid by CCUA unless explicitly included in the original quotation and acknowledged on the resulting Purchasing Order.
